Golam Monjur Morshed obtained his Masters of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from National University. He is an entrepreneur in the field of real estate & construction.
Mr. Golam Monjur Morshed serves as the Vice Chairman of Gloria Homes Ltd, with key responsibility for overseeing all construction site operations. With hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of construction management, he ensures that each project is executed with precision, quality, and within the committed timeline.
His practical experience in real estate development and day-to-day involvement at the project sites have made him an indispensable part of the company’s operational success. Mr. Morshed is known for his dedication to safety, structural integrity, and excellence in execution—making sure every project of Gloria Homes Ltd. stands as a symbol of trust and quality.

Mr. Md. Tasnim Alam Manjar obtained his MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) and BBA in Accounting & Information Systems (AIS) from the University of Dhaka.
Mr. Manjar started his professional career at IFIC Bank Ltd as a Probationary Officer, and later served at ONE Bank PLC as FAVP & Senior Manager in the Corporate Risk (CRM) Division.
Leveraging his vast knowledge and experience in banking and commerce, he ventured into entrepreneurship and has been actively involved in real estate, construction, and agro-business since 2016.
In addition to leading Gloria Homes Ltd., he also serves as the Managing Director of Heaven Valley Agro Ltd and Proprietor of Mangrove Agro Farm.
Mr. Manjar, looks after the overall operations and strategic direction of Gloria Homes Ltd. With a clear vision for sustainable growth and customer-centric development, he leads all departments—from planning and development to sales, marketing, and after-sales service.
Mr. Manjar plays a vital role in shaping the company’s mission and guiding its expansion in both local and international markets. His leadership is marked by innovation, transparency, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
